Wedenseday, Aug. 29th is Pre-Region at AFHS.
7:00 PM is the Girls Race.
7:30 PM is the Boys Race.
Saturday, Sept.1st is the Utah County Invite.

7:30 AM - Bus leaves AFHS. Athletes must ride the bus to Lakeside Park to be eligible to run (district policy).
9:00 Freshman/Sophomore Girls Race
9:30 Freshman/Sophomore Boys Race
10:00 Junior/Senior Girls Race
10:20 Junior/Senior Boys Race
10:40 Junior/Senior Boys Race #2 (if needed)
Athletes may go home with their parents after their cooldown, and parents communicating with the coach.
