Runninglane Cross Country Championships

 The Cavemen will be racing this Saturday at the Runninglane Cross Country Championships, held at Joh Hunt Park in Huntsville, Alabama.

8:00 - Blue Boys Race 
8:30 - Bronze Girls Race
9:00 - Bronze Boys Race
9:30 - Silver Girls Race
10:00 - Silver Boys Race
10:45 - Gold Girls Race

Awards 
Awards will take place at 12:15 PM. 

The Boys and Girls varsity Teams will both be racing in the Gold Races.

NXN-SW Results

 The Cavemen participated in the championships races of the Nike Cross Southwest Regionals, held at Shalimar Golf Course in Tempe, Arizona. Full Results

The course was 5k of flat grass and dirt, with no wind , sunny, and 80 degrees.

The Girls Team won their 3rd championships ever with 98 points.

 BYU Athletics is proud to host the 2021 NCAA Division I Cross Country Mountain Region Championship.

Pre-Footlocker Meet

 The UHSTCA will be hosting the Pre-Footlocker Meet this Saturday at Pleasant Grove High School. The cost is $4. Registration will be held from 8:00 to 9:15 with the Girls Race at 9:30 AM and the Boys Race at 10:00 AM. Awards will be given to the top 30 in each race.

 The Boys Team ran the Grinder today with some great results.

Bridger Karren (8:26). Alex Williams (8:41), and Maxwell Orr (8:44) all earned their " I Conquered the Grinder" t-shirts today.

Joshua Hernandez (7:47) and Seth Smith (7:51) both earned their spikes for breaking 8:00.
