 AThletes join our AFXC tournament challenge group for the NCAA Basketball Tournament.

The Penultimate Grinder

 Ben Ward earned his "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirt today on the penultimate Grinder of the track season. He ran a time of 8:17.

Daniel Simmons tied the all-time Grinder record today with a time of 6:55.

The last grinder will be the Monday of Spring Break.

The Grinder Week #3

 We had some great times up The Grinder today. We were blest with sun and almost 50 degrees.

Ryker Bement and Carter Moore both earned spikes with times of 7:57 and 7:59, repectively.

Will Shin earned his "I Conquered The Grinder" with a time of 8:48 t-shirt.

The boys set a team record with 11 boys breaking 8:00 today.

 Alex Williams earned a pair of spikes today, running 7:51 up The Grinder.

Daniel Simmons set the High School Grinder record today, with a time 6:56.
