highschoolrunningcoach.com

Every so often, we receive e-mails from coaches, parents, or athletes from around the Nation with questions about our training. If the question is  in-depth about our training philosophy, they are usually referred to highschoolrunningcoach.com. This website has workouts, not only from our program, but also from 21 other top programs in the Nation. A coach from Pennsylvania recently wrote his take on our training philosophy, and how it has helped his team improve. Article Link.

Coach Mostert just  returned from teaching this past Saturday at the Nike Coaches Clinic held in Dublin, California. Over 50 coaches participated in the clinic which included sessions by Cooper Teare's coach Alex Mason, and Chris Williams, the coach of Dublin High's record breaking team. We are always happy to share with others our training philosophy, and enjoy seeing improvement by other teams, even if they are our competitors.
