Tonight we held the Region IV Pre-Region Race at AFHS. Here's the link to all results::
Pre-Region IV Results
Pleasant Grove and Lone Peak varsity teams used the race as a fartlek workout to prepare for races this weekend. Everybody else ran full strength.
I'll get the Girls results and Course All-Time Lists done sometime tomorrow. Coaches: if you have times for you girls after 81st place (about 26 min), please email them to me (Coach Mostert). Our printer ran out of tape and we lost the times. We can interpolate from there. Thanks
