Tracking your Miles

Atletes,

Please make sure you are keeping track of your daily mileage on your mileage chart.

Also, please keep track in more depth in your running journal. Remember, this is so you have an accurate record of your workouts for the long future: when you want to train kids of your own. Bruno and I won't be around to remind you what you did in high school.

If you want to use an online app, that is fine, as long as you keep it "private".

Some athletes use Strava or the Athletic.net app to keep track, which is fine.

Garmin has a new app called Garmin Clipboard. We have a group that you can use, if you have a Garmin watch: Link   Only Coach Mostert and your teammates can view our group, making it a safe app.
