Moratorium

 The UHSAA has declared June 28th-July 4th as a Moratorium from official practices. The Coaches will not be able to meet with the athletes until next Wednesday, July 5th. 

Please make sure you complete all registermyathlete requirements before next Wednesday.

Wed. - Kountry Korners

Thurs.- Donut Run to Lehi Bakery

Fri.- Frisbee Ultimate

Sat. - Gazebo Extended Capillary Run

Mon. - The Grinder

Tues. - Silo

Don't forget to eat right, sleep right, hydrate, and stretch.

 We had our two first athletes this Summer earn thier "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirts this morning.

 Daniel Simmons will be running on Wednesday at the Brroks PR Invite in Seattle. His race will be at 3:30 PM MDT. Live Webcast.

On Friday and Saturday, he will be racing at New Balance Outdoor Nationals in Philadelphia.

Tracking your Miles

Atletes,

Please make sure you are keeping track of your daily mileage on your mileage chart.

Also, please keep track in more depth in your running journal. Remember, this is so you have an accurate record of your workouts for the long future: when you want to train kids of your own. Bruno and I won't be around to remind you what you did in high school.

If you want to use an online app, that is fine, as long as you keep it "private".

Some athletes use Strava or the Athletic.net app to keep track, which is fine.

Garmin has a new app called Garmin Clipboard. We have a group that you can use, if you have a Garmin watch: Link   Only Coach Mostert and your teammates can view our group, making it a safe app.
