State Champs t-shirts will be made. When they are done, athletes will receive one when they hand in team warmup pants and checked out spikes.

Indoor Track Club will begin Tuesday, Jan. 3rd.

Nike Southwest Regional Results

 The Cavemen raced today as members of the American Fork XC Club at the Nike Southwest Regional Championships held at Coyote Run Golf Course in Mesa, Arizona. Complete Results

The Boys Team came away victorious in the Boys Championship Race with a score of 113 points. They qualified for the 10th time to Nike Cross Nationals, to be held December 3rd in Portland, Oregon.

Postseason Grinder #1

 The Team banquet will be held Tuesday, November 8th at 6 PM in the AFHS Cafeteria. Athletes should have received their assignments for the banquet.

Pre-Footlocker Results

 The UHSTCA hosted the Pre-Footlocker Meet this morning at Pleasant Grove High School. It was cold, overcast, and breezy for the 2.98 mile course. Fortunately, all the snow had been plowed off the course. No team scores were kept. Complete Results
