Congratulations to Sophomore Avalon Mecham. Today she broke the high school girls record up The Grinder with a time of 8:49!
Just a reminder, boys are meeting now on Tuesdays and Thursday at AFHS at 5:00 PM. The Boys Team only has 39 days until their first official cross-country race, while the Girls Team only has 25 days.
