We had a great number of personal records this morning at the Utah County Invitational. Conditions were ideal: 70 degrees, sunny, calm. The flat course was 3.00 miles with some swampy spots.
We held out the boys varsity seven to give our top JV runners a chance to run in a varsity meet and gain some valuable racing experience.

Course was officially measured at 3.03 miles, not 3.00. This means to convert to a 3.00 course take off about 10 seconds
Your GPS is not an official measurement and is not considered accurate. The course was wheeled officially on Friday night at 3.00 miles.
Here is a link to the official meet information sheet and schedule. On the third page it has a course map that clearly states the distance being 3.03 miles. It was not from my GPS.
