We met for our first Summer run this morning at AFHS. Athletes should run 5-7 miles tomorrow, and then we'll meet Wednesday at AFHS at 7:00 AM. Friday, we need parents to help drive the team to Willow Park for a fun trail run. Also, please make sure you get on RegisterMyAthlete.com to complete the tryout checklist and get your physical exam ASAP!
Congratulations to Patrick Parker. He made it up The Grinder in 8:40 this morning to be the first new runner this season to earn a "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirt.
