The NXN-SW meet management has released a new timetable for Saturday morning's events. The complete timetable for the weekend is as follows:

3:30 – 4:55 PM Course Walk Thru (only at this time)
3:30 – 7:30 PM NXN Apparel Sale, East Bay
5:00 – 5:20 PM Press Conference
5:25 – 6:15 PM T Shirt Exchange (bring your shirts)
6:30 – 8:00 PM Pasta Dinner, Elite Athlete Talk (Legado Hotel) $10.00
Saturday November 19
6:30 - 7:30 AM Walk Thru, Late Registration
6:30 - 7:30 AM Final Registration Citizens Race

8:00 AM Citizens 5K Race

8:30 AM Girls Open Race I
9:00 AM Girls Open Race II
9:30 AM Boys Open Race I

10:00 AM Boys Open Race II
10:35 AM Line Up Boys Championship Race
10:40 AM National Anthem
10:43 AM Introductions

The latest schedule revision was occasioned by the need for a second girls' open race to accommodate all of the registered entrants. Members of the same team will run in the same open races. Results of the open races will be merged for the purposes of awards and team scoring.
