8 Cavemen Alumni raced for their Universities this morning at the Pre-Nationals Invitational at the University of Wisconsin.

The Grinder, October 7th

The boys ran The Grinder on Monday in preparation for the hills at State next week. Congratulations to Caleb Crowther and Kaden Pack for earning their "I conquered The Grinder" t-shirts. Caleb ran 8:50, and Kaden ran 8:51.

Region IV Championships

The Region IV Championship will be held Thursday, October 4th at Cottonwood Complex in Holladay. 4300 S. 1300 E. it will be the same 3 mile course that we ran at Pre-Region.

The bus will leave AFHS at 1:45 PM. All athletes must ride up on the bus in order to compete. Parents may take their athlete home after team cooldown, and if a coach has been notified.

Team Photo Day

Team photos will be taken at 1:00 PM Monday at AFHS. Athletes have an option of ordering individual packages of photos. Please bring your team uniform to wear for your photo.

Park City Invite Results

The Cavemen went yesterday to Quinn's Junction to participate in the afternoon session of the Park City Invite. We ran the top JV in the varsity race while the varsity went on an 8 mile trail run in preparation for the Region IV Championships next Thursday. For the first time in program history, the JV won the varsity event. The remaining JV won  the JV race. Full Results

Park City Invite

The boys team will be racing tomorrow at the Park City Invite held at the Quinn's Junction athletic park. The bus will leave AFHS at 2:00 PM. Jr. high students are released at 1:30, while the high school boys are released at 1:45. All athletes must ride up on the bus to participate. parents may take their athlete home if Coach Mostert has been notified.
