American Fork did well at today's Nike Southwest Regionals, held at Toka Sticks Golf Course in Mesa. Arizona. It was cloudy, in the 60's and soft/muddy in places from earlier rain on the 5000m course. Complete Results
The Boys Team placed 4th overall in the Championship Race with 218 points. David Webb was 2nd Team All-Region with a 10th place finish in 14: 48.5. Chase Hejny was 32nd in 15:09.8. Dallin Harrington was 68th in 15:28.0. Bennett Jensen was 90th in 15:36.2. Roy Jones was 99th in 15:41.6 Austin Plewe was 114th in 15:47.5, and Grant Hejny placed 122nd in 15:49.2.The Girls Team placed 4th overall in the Championship Race with 143 points. Skye Jensen was 3rd Team All-Region with a 21st place finish in 17:34.4. Mae Glassford was 23rd in 17:41.7. Cali Dooley was 40th in 17:59.0. Sarah Watson was 77th in 18:28.8. Sophie Bahr was 99th in 18:41.6. Rebekah Jacob was 132nd in 18:57.5, and Shay Smith was 135th in 18:58.5.
