We will need help this Friday transporting athletes to Provo Canyon. We will be running the river trail to Bridal Veil Falls for our Friday trail run.
Athletes need three things completed to go to camp:
1. Physical exam performed, and the forms uploaded to register my athlete.
2. Registermyathlete filled out.
3. Athlete must have run up the Grinder the entire way without walking.
Please get this done ASAP!

Kaden Evans was named the Utah Gatorade Player of the Year in Boys Cross-Country.
Kaden is the ninth State POY honor for the AFHS Boys XC Team.
