State Results
The Cavemen raced today at the Utah State Cross Country Championships, held at the Rose Park Regional Activity Complex in Salt Lake City.
The Girls Team placed 2nd out of 18 teams and 137 runners. Complete Results

State Information
Tomorrow, the Cavemen will race at the Utah State Championships held at Rose Park Regional Athletic Complex. The Girls race at 10:30 and the Boys at 11:30.
The bus leaves at 8:00 AM. Athletes must be on the bus in order to be excused from school.
Information is posted on runnercard. Parking passes/tickets need to be purchased in advance.

Pre-State Grinder
The Boys Team ran the Grinder for the first time in two months. It was a nice 70 degrees.
Congratulations to Kaden Evans. He earned his spikes today by running 7:52.
Also congratulations to Carson Giles. He earned his "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirt by running 8:46.
Kudos to Daniel Simmons, he ran the third fastest Grinder ever, missing the high school record by only one second at 7:07.

Divisional Results
The Cavemen raced today at Lakeside Park in Orem at the 6A Divisionals (Round 1 of State).
The course was 3.0447 miles of grass with 65 degree intensely sunny weather.
Girls Race: The Girls Team won the A Section 10 team 73 runner race with 30 points.

Divisional Information
The Cavemen will be competing this Tuesday, October 11th at the 6A State Divisional races to be held at Lakside Park in Orem. The bus will leave AFHS at 11:00 AM. Varsity athletes must ride the bus in order to compete. JV Athletes must ride the bus in order to be excused from school.

Region Information
The Cavemen will be running this Tuesday at the Region IV Championships, to be held at Skyridge High School. The bus will leave AFHS at 2:30 PM. All athletes must ride on the bus in order to compete. Parents may take their athlete home after the meet if a coach has been notified.
