 The Boys Team held their Mid-Summer Mile Time Trial this afternoon at the AFHS Track.

Important Information

 The Boys and Girls Teams will be running the Cedar Valley trails this Friday. The Girls Team will leave AFHS at 6:30 AM, while the Boys Team will be leaving at 6:45 AM. We will start the run at Coach Hunziker's house: 3807 Cleveland, Cedar Valley. We will need parents to help drive the athletes.

Next Monday is the first official day of practice. The Boys will be meeting daily at 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM at AFHS. The Girls will continue with their current practice schedule. 

Beginning Monday, athletes can pay their activity fee and for any team gear on Myschoolfees. Activity fee must be paid before an athlete is allowed to compete for the team.

Speedy Spaniard 10k and The Grinder

 Congratulations to Brielle Lee. She earned her "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirt today by running a time of 10:25.

At Spanish Fork this morning, Four Cavemen participated in the Speedy Spaniard 10k Race.

Cross-Country Camp

 The Cavemen held their Cross-Country Camp this past week at Altamont Campground in American Fork Canyon. We appreciate all the Parents and Coaches who helped chaperone, cook, and transport the athletes to their various runs. Fun was had by all.

Program alumna and NCAA All-America on National Champion BYU, Sara Musselman came and spoke to the Athletes on Wednesday night. We appreciate her and her husband coming up and sharing Cavemen Stew.
