Speedy Spaniard 10k Race

 We have a tradition of running the Speedy Spaniard 10k held in Spanish Fork on the 24th of July.

The Grinder Week 2

Steel Days 5k and Team Reminder

 Cross-Country runs the Steel Days 5k every year as a mid-summer gauge of how our training is going. This year the Steel Days 5k will be held on Saturday, July 10th.

Athletes make sure to register early before the price goes up. Here is the registration link.

Parents, just a reminder to get registermyathlete completed, including uploading a completely filled physical exam form and the athlete must complete concussion training and upload their completion. certificate.  These must be completed in order to be eligible to attend Cross-Country Camp in July.
