Steel Days 5k Results

The American Fork Steel Days 5k was held this morning. The Cavemen use this race as a mid-summer measure of our training. The girls only have 27 days until the Highland Invite, while the boys have 35 days until the Grass Relays to begin their seasons.

The Grinder, Week #6

Belated congratulations to Avalon Meacham for running up The Grinder in 9:41 this past Monday to earn a Grinder t-shirt.

XC Camp

We had a fantastic XC Camp at Altamont Campground up American Fork Canyon this week. We had 35 boys ( most ever) and 30 girls survive runs to Scout Falls, Dutchman Flat Road, Salamander Flat, and our closing camp relay. We appreciate all the parents and coaches who helped transport, cook, and chaperone our athletes. Photos are up on the team website photo album.

AFHS has changed online payment this past year from Myschoolfees to Onestop: Tutorial Link for setting up  your student's Onestop account. Parents can still pay in person at AFHS. Currently the financial window is open 8:00 AM - Noon. For a student to be able to pay this season's activity fee ($100), they need to first complete or update their account on Registermyathlete .
