The Region IV Championship will be held Thursday, October 4th at Cottonwood Complex in Holladay. 4300 S. 1300 E. it will be the same 3 mile course that we ran at Pre-Region.

4:30 Girls Varsity
5:00 Boys Varsity
5:30 Awards
The bus will leave AFHS at 1:45 PM. All athletes must ride up on the bus in order to compete. Parents may take their athlete home after team cooldown, and if a coach has been notified.
