Timpanogos Invitational Results

 On Friday, September 4th, the Cavemen participated in the Timpanogos Invitational at Orem Lakeside Sports Park. It was sunny and 75-82 degrees on the 3.01 mile grass course.

Timpanogos Invitational Information

 The Cavemen will be participating this Friday, September 4th at the Timpanogos Invitational, held at the Lakeside Sports Park (400 S. 1850 W.)  in Orem. Results and information are on runnercard.com.

The bus will leave AFHS at 7:30 AM. All athletes must ride on the bus in order to compete. Any athlete that misses the bus will not be allowed to race. Parents may take their athlete home after team cooldowns are completed, and if a coach has been notified.

UIAAA Invitational Results

 The Cavemen participated Saturday at the UIAAA Invitational at the Spanish Fork Sports Park. It was in the 70's with intermittent rain and light winds. We had two lightening delays during the meet. The course was 5 kilometers in length and grass.

In the 27 team Boys Championship Race, the Cavemen came away victorious , placing their scoring five in the top 19. The Boys scored 49 points to nationally ranked Riverton's 87 and Herriman's 123.

 Both the Girls Team and Boys Team will be participating this Saturday at the UIAAA Cross Country Invitational at the Spanish Fork Sports Park.

 The Cavemen did their final Grinder until October today.

Dax Jolley and Luke Hejny (8th grade) both earned their spikes with a time of 7:56.

Quincy Skousen and Catherine Judd earned their Grinder t-shirts with times of 10:23 and 10:25, respectively.

Official Practice

 Official Practice has begun today! The Boys Team is meeting 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM on Saturday at AFHS. The Girls Team is meeting M,W,F, Sat at 7:00 AM and Tu, Th. at 5:00 PM at AFHS.

 The Boys Team begins meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, May 27th at 7:00 AM at AFHS. The Girls Team will begin next Monday, June 1st at 7:00 AM. Even if you missed the opening social, you are welcome to show up and begin.
