We had some great times up The Grinder today. We were blest with sun and almost 50 degrees.
Ryker Bement and Carter Moore both earned spikes with times of 7:57 and 7:59, repectively.
Will Shin earned his "I Conquered The Grinder" with a time of 8:48 t-shirt.
The boys set a team record with 11 boys breaking 8:00 today.
