Wildwood Girls Virtual Camp

 Wildwood Running is hosting their 2nd annual Virtual Girls Running Camp (with no running). 

This year the camp will take place over two weekends, February 19th & 20th and February 26th & 27th for two hours each day 1-3pm Pacific Time. 

They have amazing speakers, athletes and coaches speaking this year on various topics around nutrition, mental health, periods, puberty, RED-S and more. They even have an awesome panel of elite athletes.. They have included informational topics, personal growth topics as well as some fun activities. Like last year, girls will have a chance to connect in small groups. Meeting girls from across the country and talking around topics that are important to their growth as a female and a runner were the highlights last year and an opportunity you can’t often find unless you’re at an overnight camp! 

Registration is $50 for an individual but if we register as a team of 7 or more, the cost is $45 per person. All sessions will be recorded so if you have to miss a day, you can still view the content. Our girls could watch individually or gather together learn, although each would still need to purchase a ticket.

 Chase Pack earned his spikes today by running 7:59 up the Grinder. He is the 3rd sophomore to earn his spikes this year.

The Grinder 2022 Week #4

The Grinder 2022 - Week #1

 The Boys Team ran The Grinder for the first time in 2022. Congratulations to freshman Preston Rocque, who earned his "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirt today with a time of 8:50.

RunningLane Results

 The Cavemen participated today at the RunningLane Cross Country Championships, held in Huntsville, Alabama.

In the Girls Gold Race, the Lady Cavemen placed 8th overall with 308 points an a 17:51 average for the 5k course.
