The Grinder

 The Boys Team ran the Grinder today for the first time in almost 2 months. Ryker Miller became the second Freshman this year to earn his "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirt with a time of 8:54.

Utah 6A Divisional Results

 The Cavemen raced this morning at the Utah 6A Divisional Championships, and both Girls and Boys teams qualified for the State Finals by winning their respective races. Complete Results

The Utah State Championships will be held Wednesday, October 27th at the Rose Park Regional Athletic Complex in Salt Lake City.

Utah 6A Divisional Meet Information

 The Cavemen will race this coming Tuesday in the Utah 6A Divisional Meet at the Lakeside Sports Park in Orem (400 S. 1850 W.). 

The bus will leave AFHS at 7:30 AM. All athletes must ride on the bus in order to compete. Any athlete that misses the bus will not be allowed to race. Parents may take their athlete home after team cooldowns are completed, and if a coach has been notified.

Border Wars Results

 The Cavemen participated Friday in the Border Wars XC Invitational held at Sugarhouse Park in Salt Lake City.  The Girls Varsity kept their undefeated season intact by winning the Girls Championship Race by 77 points over the 25 team 3 mile hilly race  course. Border Wars Information

 This Friday the Cavemen will be participating at the Border Wars XC Invite at Sugarhouse Park, 1300 E. 2100 S. in Salt Lake City.
