 The Girls Team will be racing this Friday at the UIAAA Invitational at the Spanish Fork Sports Complex
295 West Volunteer Drive. 

The bus will leave AFHS at 11:15 AM. Athletes must ride the bus in order to compete. Parents may take their athlete home after the meet and team cooldown if a coach has been notified.

The Boys team will be racing Saturday at the Wahsatch Rendezvous Invite held at The Cottonwood Complex 4300 S, 1300 E. in Salt Lake.

The Grinder Week #9

 Today was a fun Grinder. Westlake High came and ran with us.  

Congratulations to  Carter Moore. He is the first freshman this season to break 9:00 up The Grinder. He earned his "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirt with an 8:53 clocking. Tori Stratton also earned her Grinder shirt with a time of 10:16.

Official Practice Begins!

 Tomorrow, August  2nd, will be the first day of official cross country practice.

The boys team will meet daily (Mon.-Sat.) at 7:00 AM and Mon. through Fri.5:00 PM at AFHS.
One run each day will be a 4 mile recovery run. 

The girls team continue meeting Mon,Wed,Fri, Sat. at 7:00 AM and Tues,Thurs at 5:00 PM.

The Financial Window and Myschoolfees.com are now open to pay for activity fees and team gear.

To be eligible to practice and race with the AFHS Cross-Country Team, the following must be completed this week:

1. Pay $100 Sport Activity Fee.

2. Have all Registermyathlete documentation completed, including physical exam, concussion training certificate, current report card, and 1st term school schedule uploaded.
