Cross-Country Camp

We would like to thank our parent booster group for helping transport, chaperone, and cook at cross-country camp this past week. Even though we were not able to camp over night at Altamont Campground, we feel the camp was still a great success.

The Grinder Week #5

Congratulations to Joshua Hernandez and Brayden Packard.

Joshua ran 8:51 up The Grinder today to earn his t-shirt, while Brayden ran 7:57 to earn both his t-shirt and a pair of spikes. He is the first boy to earn his spikes this season.

The Grinder Week #4 and Reminders

Congratulations to Chase Pack. he became the first freshman boy of the season to earn his "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirt by running 8:57 today.

Congratulations to freshman Avalon Mecham. She earned a pair of spikes by running 9:18 up the Grinder. She is the first athlete this season to earn a pair of spikes.

Parents, please remember that all registermyathlete information must be completed this week, including uploading concussion training certificate, and a fully completed physical examination form, in order for your athlete to attend cross-country camp next week. Let's get it done now, or they will NOT GO TO CAMP.

Please remember to get your Registermyathlete completed this week, including uploading your        physical exam form  and your concussion training certificate. we only have 4 weeks until cross-country camp, and everything must be completed in order to be eligible to go.
