The Grass Relays at Westlake

The team will be running at Westlake High School this Saturday for The Grass Relays. All athletes must ride the bus to the meet or they will not be allowed to race. The bus leaves AFHS at 6:50 AM.
Parents may take their athlete home after their team cooldown and if a coach has been notified.

Highland Invitational Results

The girls raced yesterday at the Highland Invitational at Sugarhouse Park in Salt Lake City.

The Girls Varsity Team took first place out of 26 teams with 79 points.

HIGHLAND iNVITATIONAL

 The girls team will be traveling to Sugarhouse Park this Thursday to compete in the Highland Invitational. All athletes are required to travel on the team bus, which will leave AFHS at 1:00 PM. Athletes not traveling on the bus will not be allowed to compete. Athletes must have all paperwork completed and all fees paid in order to compete. Parents may take their own athlete home after the meet if a coach has been notified.

The Grinder - Final Week

On our final Grinder of the Summer, both Justin Herzog and Andrew Baird earned their "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirts. Justin ran 8:53, and Andrew ran 8:58. Congratulations!
