Summer Has Started!
Parents and athletes, please remember we need your physical forms in ASAP!
Parents, you will also need to complete the online form for the tryout checklist.
Both of these must be completed to be eligible to attend cross-country high altitude camp July 1-3 at Timpooneke Campground.
Speaking of High-Altitude Camp, athletes must have run all the way to the top of The Grinder without walking in order to attend camp.
Last Monday, Cami Squires became this first athlete of the season to earn a Grinder t-shirt by running 10:16. Girls must break 10:30 and boys 9:00 to win a shirt.
The team is currently meeting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at AFHS at 7:00 AM. Athletes are expected to run on their own on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
NO ZEROES!!!!!
