Camp and Schedule Information

 1. Remember Physicals are due this week - uploaded to RegisterMyAthlete in order to go to camp next week. Athletes need to turn in their permission slip and check for $75 to "Caveman Track Club". If two siblings are going. the $75 will cover both.

2.  The Boys Team begins Tuesday and Thursday workouts at 5:00 PM at AFHS this week.

 Congratulations to incoming 8th grader Luke Hejny. He earned his "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirt today with a time of 8:31.

Dax Jolley won his "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirt by running 8:58.

Collaboration with BYU

 BYU will be working with our XC Team this Summer with a new performance data collection app called rslts.run.

Summer Practice

 The Boys Team begins meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, May 27th at 7:00 AM at AFHS. The Girls Team will begin next Monday, June 1st at 7:00 AM. Even if you missed the opening social, you are welcome to show up and begin.

2026 Opening Social

 We will be holding our Cross-Country Opening Social this coming Monday, May 18th at 5:00 PM at Evergreen Park (700 E. 200 N.)
