Cross-Country Camp

 Cross-Country Camp is this Tuesday through Friday at Clear Creek. 

Parents, if you did not sign up to drive, and can do so, please let Coach Hunziker know. 

We will be leaving AFHS on Tuesday at 8:00 AM. 

Athletes should bring running and camping gear.

Parents driving, if you can make it to Clear Creek on Friday by 11:00 AM, we can pack up and return to AFHS by 1:00 PM.

Time is running out!

 Requirements to go to XC Camp must be completed by this Friday:

1.Registermyathlete completed

2.Physical exam completed and uploaded to registermyathlete.

3.Run up the Grinder with the team without walking.

4.Bring a check to Coach for $75 made out to "Caveman Track Club.

5.Completed camp permit handed in.

 Congratulations to recent move-in Grant Hejny. He earned his "I Conquered The Grinder" t-shirt this morning with a time of 8:04.

We will need help this Friday transporting athletes to Provo Canyon. We will be running the river trail to Bridal Veil Falls for our Friday trail run.

Getting Ready for Camp

 Athletes need three things completed to go to camp:

1. Physical exam performed, and the forms uploaded to register my athlete.

2. Registermyathlete filled out.

3. Athlete must have run up the Grinder the entire way without walking.

Please get this done ASAP!

We need the camp permit and payment $75 check to CXaveman Track Club) handed in by Friday, June 27th. Moratorium begins June 30th.

2025 OPENING SOCIAL

 WE WILL BE HOLDING OUR OPENING SOCIAL FOR THE 2025 CROSS-COUNTRY SEASON ON TUESDAY, MAY 13TH AT 5 PM AT EVERGREEN PARK (200 N. 700 E.).
