We had 60 athletes attend our Cross-Country Camp held at Altamont Campground in American Fork Canyon. We would like to thank the team parents and coaches who helped drive, feed, and entertain the runners the past 3 days.
We would like to thank alumnus Casey Clinger for coming up and speaking to the team on Tuesday Night.
On Wednesday night. Principal Glahn came up with 3 of his children to share in some Caveman Stew and to impart some words of wisdom. Coach Mostert also taught classes on training and racing in between the workouts.
