Friday Run

The team traveled up Provo Canyon this morning to run the loop from Sundance to Aspen Grove to Stewart Falls, and then back down to Sundance. The waterfall was refreshing.

Pioneer Day Races

Congratulations to Coach Dunkley. She won the women's division at the Deseret News Half-Marathon in Salt Lake City this morning. She won with a time of 1:14:46. She won by over 6 minutes!

Congratulations to Jacob Chase and Connor Hoopes at this morning's Speedy Spaniard 10k in Spanish Fork. Jacob was overall champion in 33:36, and Connor was 3rd overall in 34:55.

Steel Days 5k

This morning was the American Fork Steel Days 5k. Our Cavemen athletes and Alumni represented themselves very well. This marks the halfway point in our Summer mileage count.

Cross-Country Camp

We had our largest group ever at cross-country camp this year: 62 runners. Camp was held July 1-3 at Timpooneke. Lots of running, games, and food was had by all. Thanks to the parents that helped cook and chaperone.
